Submission of this form indicates your interest in attending the next available Level 1 Dog Training Course at North Shore Dog Training Club.  It does not guarantee you a place.  We will notify you when we have avaliablilty and provide a link to the registration form.

Please note that we are currently experiencing extremly high demand with over 400 people on our wait list so you may not be able to join the upcoming term, however we do hold the order and will contact you once a place is avaliable.
