North Shore Dog Training Club is committed to the safety of our members and our community.  For this reason, the Club will operate with My Vaccine Pass requirements until further notice.  The following protocols are based on the Government's Covid Protection Framework (traffic light system) and Dogs NZ guidelines.  They will apply to anyone attending a Club organised class, training, or event:

  1. At all levels (red, orange & green), everyone attending a NSDTC organised activity is required, when asked, to present either a digital or printed copy of their ‘My Vaccine Pass’ QR Code for inspection.  Anyone unable, or unwilling, to present a valid My Vaccine Pass, unless under 12 years & 3 months, will not be admitted.

  2. All attendees are required to either scan in using the NZ COVID Tracer app, or complete and submit an attendance record slip.

  3. When Auckland is at 'red', we will limit attendance to 100 people at any time on the Greenhithe Club grounds.  Numbers are not restricted at 'orange' or 'green'.

  4. When Auckland is at 'red', the number of people allowed in our clubrooms at any time is restricted to 60, based on 1 person per square metre of space.  Numbers are not restricted at 'orange' or 'green'.

  5. Face coverings are encouraged at 'red' and 'orange', however training a dog and communicating with a group can be challenging with a face covering.  We ask that you practice physical distancing (1m) with others from outside your bubble, and wear a face covering where practical, or if physical distancing is likely to be difficult.

  6. Specific events or activities may have additional requirements which will be notified as appropriate.

  7. Finally, and most importantly, please be kind and respectful of each other.
